I am a strategist, grantmaker, and organizational development consultant with 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning institutional finance, private philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, and clean energy infrastructure.

I have sat on multiple sides of the table — as an institutional investor analyzing complex financial portfolios, as a foundation grantmaker evaluating organizational readiness and allocating millions in funding, as a nonprofit leader managing fundraising and membership development, and as a program strategist building grantmaking systems from the ground up inside a community energy organization.

My work is rooted in a simple belief: funding follows alignment. Organizations that are clear on who they are, what they do, and what they can prove rarely struggle to find the right funders. Organizations that chase opportunities outside their scope — without the systems to demonstrate impact — often do struggle, regardless of how important their work is.

I bring a data-driven, methodical approach to organizational strategy and grant readiness, grounded in genuine relationships and a deep commitment to the communities this work serves. I specialize in working with mission-driven organizations in the Bay Area and beyond — particularly those working at the intersection of environmental justice, health equity, and community resilience.

Outside of consulting, I am a certified yoga instructor and longtime practitioner of Transcendental Meditation. These practices are not separate from my professional work — they inform how I show up, how I listen, and how I help organizations find clarity in complexity.
